How often do you practice and what does your training regimen consist of?

We usually practice twice a day. In the morning, we work on our strength and individual basketball skills. In the evening we have team practice. Here we prepare for our next opponent and work on various defensive plays.

Does your team have any rituals?

As a team we have certain rituals before games and practice sessions. Each player also has their own way of getting ready for a game.

How do you get motivated before a game?

We psyche ourselves up in the locker room. Once we get on the court, we huddle up and each player says a few final words of encouragement.

How do you celebrate your victory?

We meet up and hang out at a teammates' house.

What does owayo mean to you?

owayo means a great deal to us, as we are reliant on your products at every practice and at every game. They help us represent our team and club to the outside world and give our team an identity. All of us really like the kits and we're very happy with them.

What do you like about your jerseys the most?

First and foremost we like the fabric a lot. It soaks up the sweat and feels great on the skin! Apart from that, the jerseys look really good and there are no weird stickers on them as everything is fully printed.
